# Profile and Settings

# Profile and Settings

Use the settings area to review your account details, update your profile information, and manage the parts of the workspace that are personal to you.

## Accessing Settings

To access your settings:

1. Open the workspace sidebar.
2. Use your profile menu near the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Select **Settings** or **Profile**.

## What you can manage

The exact options may change over time, but the current workspace focuses on personal account details such as:

* **Profile details:** Review and update the name shown on your account.
* **Profile image:** Add or replace your avatar.
* **Account email:** Review the email address attached to your account.
* **Appearance controls:** Switch theme preferences from the workspace profile menu.
* **Account removal:** Start the account deletion flow if you need to remove your workspace access and data.

  This page focuses on personal profile management. Team, billing, or
  institution-level settings may appear separately when those features are
  available to your workspace.
