Logging In

Log in to access your research workspace, source library, and grounded AI conversations.

Navigate to the Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to your organization’s Oystack portal URL.

Enter Credentials

Click the Sign In button. You will be prompted to enter your credentials. Depending on your organization’s setup, this may be an email/password combination or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider like Google or Microsoft.

Access the Dashboard

Once authenticated, you will be directed to the main workspace where you can upload sources, start a grounded conversation, or continue drafting from your existing library.
Having trouble logging in? Ensure your Caps Lock is off. If you are using SSO, make sure you are selecting the correct account. If issues persist, contact your local IT administrator.
