Quickstart

Follow these steps to set up Oystack for grounded research.

Log in to your account

Navigate to the Oystack dashboard and click Sign In. You can authenticate using your trusted credentials. If you are an administrator, you may have additional access.

Build your source library

Upload PDFs, Word documents, drafts, or notes you want Oystack to work from. If you are reading papers online, you can also import them by DOI and bring them into your library for later use.

Start a grounded conversation

Open the chat interface and ask a research question, request a summary, or compare ideas across your sources. Oystack can work in regular chat, library research, or web research mode depending on what you need.

Verify and draft with confidence

When Oystack cites a source, open the reference to inspect the original document in context. You can also move into notes and use the writing tools to refine a draft while keeping your research close at hand.
