Profile and Settings

Use the settings area to review your account details, update your profile information, and manage the parts of the workspace that are personal to you.

Accessing Settings

To access your settings:
  1. Open the workspace sidebar.
  2. Use your profile menu near the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Select Settings or Profile.

What you can manage

The exact options may change over time, but the current workspace focuses on personal account details such as:
  • Profile details: Review and update the name shown on your account.
  • Profile image: Add or replace your avatar.
  • Account email: Review the email address attached to your account.
  • Appearance controls: Switch theme preferences from the workspace profile menu.
  • Account removal: Start the account deletion flow if you need to remove your workspace access and data.
This page focuses on personal profile management. Team, billing, or institution-level settings may appear separately when those features are available to your workspace.
